Assist the Forest Heritage Program with understanding and representing a Native American perspective during Section 106 National Historic Preservation Act field surveys, documentation, interpretation, and results.
Winter work-Assist in writing archaeology site forms and survey reports. Scan old site forms and reports. Data entry in heritage database and GIS.
Summer work-Assist archaeology technician crews conducting archaeological surveys and site recording in the field.
